What is the difference between truu home 3 and truu mobile 3?
home 3 is a permanently installed system for a dedicated drinking-water point. mobile 3 integrates the system into a transportable aluminum case. Both use the same core nine-stage refinement concept; the difference is the form factor and installation.
What is included in Germany and Austria?
Shipping and installation by a certified technician are included with the home system. The mobile system does not require permanent installation; direct setup guidance is available.
What is included in other EU countries?
Shipping is included. For the home system, a certified truu technician supports the installation remotely by video. If you cannot perform the installation yourself, you will need a suitable local technician, who can receive direct guidance from the truu technician. Any local technician cost is not included unless agreed separately.
What about Switzerland and the United Kingdom?
truu lists separate market pricing for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the applicable price, currency, shipping and installation arrangement.
What about delivery outside Europe?
The international checkout prices cover the system. Shipping availability, shipping cost, installation support and any destination-specific requirements must be confirmed individually. Import duties, customs clearance, local taxes or technician costs may be charged separately by local authorities or providers.
How often do the filters need to be replaced?
Plan for a filter replacement approximately once per year. The current working estimate is around €200 plus shipping. Actual timing can vary with water quality and usage.
What does the 30-year guarantee cover?
The system comes with a 30-year manufacturer’s guarantee, subject to truu’s applicable guarantee terms. The detailed guarantee, cancellation and return documents will be linked here once the current contractual documents are available.
Does the water taste different?
Many people describe the water as softer, rounder or fuller. Taste is personal, so the best way to decide is to experience the water yourself.
Is “living water” a scientific or medical promise?
No medical promise is intended. Filtration is the measurable technical foundation. “Structured,” “energized” and “living water” describe truu’s proprietary refinement concepts and the sensory experience associated with the finished water.
